36 years focus on production of flanges:- (The area of JS factory 50,000 square meters), professional producer of forging flanges and butt welded pipe fittings, and has a complete production line: forging hammer, ring rolling mill, lathe and drilling machine, monthly output is 700 tons. Produce flanges from 1/2 inch to 48 Inch, maximum up to 2400MM (80 inches), contains WN flange, SO flange, blind flange, flat flange, socket flange, thread flange, etc.
Focus on pipe fitting for 20 years- The monthly production capacitily of jinsheng pipe fitting are about 800 tons ,which include 45°/90°/180°elbow,concentric /eccentric reducer and cap .all these produced according to the international standard of ANSI（ASME），DIN，JIS，BS，GOST，EN1092，AWWA,SABS .

Our materials are mass customized in the special steel factory. Meanwhile, SGS raw material testing reports are available for all kinds of materials. The promised materials will not be shoddy.In order to ensure the quality of products, we will also have a flaw detection process before processing the rod to ensure that the surface of raw materials will not be scratched or damaged before processing. In addition, we will also carry out a heat treatment process on the rod, which will change the organizational structure and increase the hardness. All production processes are controlled by us.Our knurling is divided into machine tool automatic knurling and manual knurling, and there will be no edge irregular or sticking, in addition, our surface treatment of hard chromium, black zinc, white zinc, color nanometer spray plating have been through 72 hours of salt spray test, good wear resistance, not easy to rust.
